Shaun Swingler is an award-winning filmmaker and photojournalist based in South Africa. He focuses on social issues in southern Africa and abroad. In Shaun’s seven-year career as a journalist, stories have included the ongoing drug war in the Philippines, political assassinations in South Africa, rebuilding efforts in Gaza, health stories in conflict-hit Central Mozambique, and a soft coup in Zimbabwe among others.
